Age Restrictions

You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.

By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request to see some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.


If, for any reason, we are not able to fulfill your order we will contact you for further instruction.


We currently only ship to the UK and the standard UK Mainland flat rate delivery charge is £5.00, discounted to £4.50 for local deliveries.

All UK Mainland orders over £40 will qualify for free shipping.  This does not include locations identifyed by our courier as Remote Locations as detailed below.

Orders placed before midday will be processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders made after midday are dispatched the following working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders are sent out on a ‘next day’ service, however, it may take two or three days for deliveries to arrive in some situations. You will be sent details to track your order.

If our courier is unable to deliver a package to your chosen delivery address, it will automatically be returned to us and a refund for the cost of the goods will be processed but not for the cost of shipping. Where incorrect address details or postcode are supplied, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge to get this changed.

If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, our courier will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour if anybody is home nearby. If you’ve received a failed delivery attempt you can contact our courier directly to rearrange the delivery on a more suitable day or contact us and we’d be more than happy to help you out.

Remote Locations (the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly) have additional shipping costs and longer delivery times.

If your delivery address is not recognised by our courier as being within the UK Mainland, a delivery surcharge will be applied to the shipping cost automatically at checkout.

As a guide, the surcharges listed below will be applied.

Please note, in the event of a Free Delivery promotion, the base £5.00 delivery charge will be discounted but the surcharges listed will still apply.

If you prefer, you can skip the delivery fees by collecting your order directly from the brewery or our beer shops during bar opening hours.  Just select one of the free pickup options at the checkout.  Please remember to bring your order number and ID (as proof of age).

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@millvalleybrewery.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What happens if some of my order is missing or damaged?

Contact us at sales@millvalleybrewery.co.uk and we can sort this out for you.


We accept returns. Please get in touch with us at sales@millvalleybrewery.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unopened/unworn and in their original condition.

We only offer refunds for returned orders and do not offer any exchanges. Original delivery charges are non-refundable if your order is returned.

The cost of postage and safe return of returned orders are the responsibility of the customer until the order is back in our warehouse. We recommend that a trackable method of postage is chosen and you hold on to the proof of postage. Once your order has been returned we will get in touch to let you know it has been received and your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.

Mill Valley Brewery strives, to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither Mill Valley Brewery nor any employee or representatives will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.

Where it is not possible to supply all items from your order we will contact you and offer a similar replacement or refund.
