As soon as your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Once the order is ready for dispatch we’ll email you details of your delivery.

Our trusted 3rd party courier will provide you with tracking details once they have your order. You can use the tracking number on their website


If you are not in when delivery is due, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If this is not possible, a card will be left with details of how to rearrange your delivery. Should subsequent delivery attempts fail the order will be returned to us. This will result in you forfeiting the delivery charge (if applied).

If it is deemed that you made no attempt to contact us or the courier regarding delivery, a further standard delivery charge will be required to re-send the order.


We strongly advise against ordering goods to be left without a signature.

We will not be held liable for any losses incurred in this way. You will be asked to complete a Non Receipt Disclaimer which will be passed to our courier.

Please note that by law we are not permitted to leave any alcoholic goods with any person unable to provide proof that they are over 18.
